Mama, wanna go da beach. Tuesday we go da beach? Mama, wanna go da beach. Tuesday we go da beach?

That's pretty much all I've been hearing for the past few days.

We told the kids we were going to make a trip to the beach on Tuesday and we finally made it.
Five of us had a great time and got a little or a lot wet depending on the person.One person, the main questioner of the questions above, was not happy to be at the beach. He decided he was scared of the beach. We've taken him to the beach before and he was just fine- no problems. But this time was different for some reason and we can't figure out why. But, the rest of us had a good time.

Hyrum got knocked over by a larger wave than he expected and fell in, but we just sat him in the sun for a few minutes and he was ready to get back in the water.


They also had a great time in the sand.







It was so nice to be able to spend some time together as a family doing a wholesome recreational activity. We were all exhausted by the end of it all and everyone slept on the way home except the driver (me).
